PhysicsCharacter incompatible between jme3-bullet and jme3-jbullet #910

The PhysicsCharacter API is so different between jme3-bullet and jme3-jbullet that it's difficult to write tests for PhysicsCharacter (or CharacterControl) that work with both libraries.

Affected tests include: TestQ3, TestWalkingChar, TestPhysicsCharacter, and HelloCollision.

Typical symptoms include (1) a character falling upwards or sideways and (2) insufficient or excessive jump force.

HelloTerrainCollision also suffers from this issue.
