Allow sqlite backend to use crypted passwords #27

Currentlly, jabberd2 only allows crypted passwords for mysql and postgresql.

It would be nice if this feature is also available on sqlite :-)

I would rather go for issue #28 approach instead of copy-pasting this code to yet-another backend.
