It seems to be a bit outdated (should be 514 cities but it only has 498), but it should be good enough. It needs cleansing though (for example lots of the cities have the prefix "Kota " and it separates cities such as Jakarta into 5 separate regions (Jaksel, Jakbar, etc).
Apparently there are only around 500 kabupaten/kota in Indonesia, which means the current data source we are using is not that great.
Consider building our own list, scraping lat/lng from somewhere given available names of all kabupaten/kota.
