NOTES

To use this app, you need to have both a consumer key and secret, representing you as a Twitter developer, and an access token and secret, representing you as a Twitter user. These do not need to be the same Twitter account.

Log into https://apps.twitter.com/ and click "Create New App", then store your consumer_key and consumer_secret in ${HOME}/.twitter.cnf. The application should handle storing your access key and secret, but it will involve using a web browser to finish the OAuth connection.
