  1. Change git clone command to work on more git installations

    authored
It is unlikely to run across one that doesn't have https helpers, but
at least a few git installations seem not to have them. On the other
hand, http and https are more likely to get through firewalls and
    other network security devices.

  1. Updated to latest Clojure master as of Apr 9 2012

Removed 4 patches that have been applied to master since Mar 23 2012.
Also removed patch for CLJ-894, since it conflicted with recent
changes to master, most likely Rich Hickey's work on reduce-kv, which
seems to have a similar goal of improving reduce performance.

  1. Add a patch for CLJ-700

    authored
Because of carriage returns at the end of lines, the only way I could
figure out how to make this patch apply with 'git am' is to add the
    --keep-cr option.
  2. Add 3 more patches.

    authored
  3. Add many patches, and modify build.sh

    authored
build.sh now applies patches using 'git am' instead of patch. A bit
slower, but it preserves info about the developers who created the
    patches.

It also now applies the patches in the order specified in the file
patch-order.txt. There are some pairs of patches that apply cleanly
in one order but not the opposite order.
