This release sets a solid foundation for the way we store and share models. We now have a standard file format for exchanging assets (.jaf files) with full support for non-model assets such as shaders, materials and textures.

We changed the schema of the database to support our new internal asset management schema. As a consequence the installer will alert you that it will wipe your desktop when you run it. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Our fourth release contains some of the biggest features and most bug-fixes to date, along with a real workflow. We have added a desktop module to manage your virtual worlds with and a player so you can easily preview your worlds before sharing them to the editor. The ability to import scenes extends this functionality and we will start to deliver cool content to play with.

This is a small patch release containing a new material system. It has better support for transparency and allows for custom materials to be added easily by defining them in text files rather than in code. All previous material types have been built with the new material system and two new material types were added.

There are also bug fixes and other minor improvements.
