256 color terminal support detection #106

Line 38 of models.py only works with TERM exports that contain the literal string '256color' - this means that rxvt-unicode falls back to 88 colors :(

Really not sure what you can do about it though - maybe a list of "supported 256 color terminals" and fall back to current test?

The thing is that xvt-unicode does not always support 255 colors so checking for it in $TERM wouldn't be sufficient. The supported color depth detection should be improved but I don't really know of any reliable API for that.

On *nix systems we could additionally check the output of tput colors or use ncurses.

Another solution would be adding a configuration option or an httpie-specific environment variable which would work on Windows as well.
