From an email from Alexander Kley

it seems that I have found a possible bug during xml processing (XmlParser)
We use 0.7.1. and have the following problem:

After parsing from xml, I have a composition with a section of AllergyIntolerance and some other stuff. The section holds 3 Allergyintolerance resources.
If one Allergyintolerance resource is removed from the list, the contained object(s) on composition will not be refeshed. Consequence: if the modified composition will be encoded again to xml, it seems that the encoder read the AllergyIntolerance resources from contained not from section!
Btw: my 'remove from section' is not really a removing from list. Its more likely: create new list, add the resources from source list and set the list to the section (setContent). I hope this way ist ok?

My workaround to 'fix' the 'contained' problem: set it to NULL (composition.setContained). So the contained must be recreated by parsing to xml.

I hope u can reproduce the issue!
