Multiple values of a HTTP header are reduced to one value. #1071

If a HTTP response header has multiple values, these are reduced by class RestfulResponse to the last value (a non multi value map is used to collect the values). The class also returns this non multi value map so that the corresponding HttpServletResponse or JAX-RS Response is only populated with this value. The patch solves this issue and provides all header values.
