We came across a scenario where we needed to Spring autowire the ServerConformanceProvider while configuring the RestfulServer class. These changes add that ability to the JpaConformanceProviderDstu1 & JpaConformanceProviderDstu2 classes, as accommodated by RestfulServer.java.

BTW, I made one tweak to your patch.. Renamed setMySystemDao to setSystemDao. HAPI uses my as a prefix for field names and Eclipse like to put that into getter/setter method names unless it's configured to understand that convention.
