VAKIETA is a communication intelligence framework for humans and AI.
It maps how people perceive, process, and pursue information so a message can be adapted for the person receiving it. The model focuses on observable communication behaviour, not personality labels.
This repository is the public, Markdown-first version of the VAKIETA site.
VAKIETA describes three concurrent dimensions in communication:
| Dimension | Question | Practical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Perceive | How does this person prefer to take in information? | Match the way you show, tell, map, demonstrate, or ground an idea. |
| Process | How does this person work ideas through? | Give reflective people space and expressive people dialogue. |
| Pursue | What moves this person to act? | Frame the message toward an outcome or away from a risk. |
The public model is a three-cluster, seven-signal structure:
- Visual
- Auditory
- Kinesthetic
- Internal
- External
- Toward
- Away
Production scoring, weighting, confidence modelling, and signature encoding remain proprietary.
Communication often breaks down because people use different internal rules. One person may be scanning for risk while another is framing opportunity. One person may need time to think, while another needs to talk the idea through.
VAKIETA gives people, teams, software, and AI systems a shared map for adapting communication without reducing people to static personality types.
VAKIETA is designed for:
- Entrepreneurs and solopreneurs who want clearer sales and audience communication.
- Coaches, trainers, and leaders who need to reduce friction in conversations.
- Creators and writers who want message variants for different audience styles.
- Product, AI, and operations teams building more adaptive user experiences.
VAKIETA is in early access. The assessment, signature view, adaptive messaging tests, and partner integrations are coming soon.
