Hi Everyone!

It has come to my attention that we need a better place for long-form discussion about the Janet language, where a typical forum is better suited than a chat room like Gitter.

Hopefully we can foster more organized, long term discussion here to discussion code issues, usage questions, organizational issues, and the design of Janet. Off-topic or unfriendly posts will be removed, so please stay nice and be reasonable. A full code of conduct will be coming soon to elaborate on the above points. But besides that, everything Janet is fair game.

I to am new to GitHub discussions (it's a pretty new feature), so let's see how this pans out!
