I checked existing and closed bugs and didn't see this one, forgive me if it's already been fixed! Quick issue is that when invoked from the command line, lcm create doesn't do anything.

Platform: Ubuntu 13.10 x86-64
nodejs Version: v0.10.15
npm Version: 1.2.18
locomotive Version: 0.4.0

The file:
/usr/local/bin/lcm
Points to:
/usr/local/lib/node_modules/locomotive/bin/lcm.js

lcm.js begins:

var program = require('commander')
  , locomotive = require('../');

which means that from /usr/local/bin/lcm nothing is included because of the symlink, however this will work:

joseph@joseph-UX32A:/usr/local/lib/node_modules/locomotive/bin$ nodejs lcm.js create /home/joseph/Desktop/hello
