Change install command on Locomotive site

Today you have the code npm install locomotive on the project's website. This don't install Locomotive 's lcm globally, and you later have to add it manually to use it.

To prevent botheration it should be changed to

npm install locomotive -g

as we see here on the repo's readme file.
