Fix a bug where goog.dom.classlist was using goog.global.DOMTokenList

instead of just DOMTokenList. This means that it was accessing the 'DOMTokenList'
property of the window object, instead of just accessing the namespace
directly as defined in the externs, which was causing it not to be treated as
an extern.
