When clicking outside a button on a slider (in the trough), it should jump by more than 1 place

Can't find a feature to do this...

Could, potentially, decrease the repeat interval, so that it waits a shorter time before jumping again...

Interestingly, scales have a bigincrement field, that allows larger increments to be configured. When set to 0, they will become 10%. But, I can't see how to trigger these, or link a trough event to them...

Implemented by creating a new scale class, that catches the mouse click, and jumps the slider.

Update to scale increment (#116)
If scale range is changed, the increment is set as 10%

Also removed mb prints
