It's not possible to select the None items in an OptionBox - it should be.

.deleteOptionBox uses the same function as select.

If you delete an optionBox item, appear will try to select the first item - if it is a disabled item, the same error message will be displayed:

2017-08-09 11:53:10,970 appJar:WARNING: Invalid selection index: 0 is a disabled index.

This feature is a re-enforcement of the default tkinter functionality - when you call invoke on a disabled menu item, it fails and returns False.

However, this is a necessary feature, so if the user chooses to override this functionality, we will need to reenable the menu item, select it, then disable it again.
