Adds two internal variables highlighter and highlighAuto.
Configure marked highlight option to use a callback delegating to highlight.js.

It seems like you've edited the docco.js, but not docco.litcoffee. You should edit the docco.litcoffee file, and generate docco.js from that.

You're right I edited the javascript source file.
I'm not used to coffeescript but I will try to translate.
