I found it confusing that these two pairs of commands appear on a single line when viewed on GitHub.
* Allow users to purposefully avoid automatic download and installation of another PhantomJS * The download and installation is over http and without a checksum, which poses a security risk * When preventing download, PhantomJS already on the path is used * Maintains current default behaviour of downloading if unavailable * Include example in the generated jasmine helper * Update readme to mention option

- Also remove all runner-specific config from Jasmine config. Notably, result_batch_size is no longer configured through Jasmine::Config, for the default runner, override the runner lambda to change this value. - People wishing to run jasmine tests in selenium should look at the jasmine_selenium_runner (http://github.com/jasmine/jasmine_selenium_runner)
