Thus sayeth Wikipedia:
The Voynich manuscript is a handwritten book thought to have been written in the 15th or 16th century and comprising about 240 vellum pages, most with illustrations. The author, script, and language remain unknown: for these reasons it has been described as "the world's most mysterious manuscript".
The image tilesets are around 3.5GB in total and are currently hosted on my server. The viewer itself can be run from anywhere, and alternative servers can be used if necessary for loading the tilesets.
Included are the scripts I've used to download and process the MrSID files.
allnewsidlinks.txt: a list of Beinecke URLs (mainly MrSID) to download.
unxrenam.sh: converts the Beinecke identification numbers into the Voynich Manuscript's folio numbers. From http://ixoloxi.com/voynich/hiq/index.html.
gdal_translate. I converted to PNG for maximum quality when creating the JPEG tiles. You need GDAL for this. For Mac OS X, binaries can be found here
make_tiles.py: uses ImageMagick to create the 256x256 tiles for different zoom levels.
