Specify how to correctly remove functionality

Problem

We expect users to use this template to create their own module. This involves adapting and removing many of the menus and buttons, as well as renaming the module itself. Although this is not difficult, it deserves to be documented.

Solution

Document this process. Perhaps as a checklist?
