Some OpenPGP certificates have a User ID that is a raw e-mail address, like test@example.org. This is not commonplace, but it does happen, and GnuPG supports it these days.

When pius tries to sign a User ID like that, it produces an error:

UID 2 (test@example.org): signed WARNING: No email for test@example.org, cannot send key.

instead, it should treat it the same way that it treats a User ID that contains <test@example.org>.
