Looks like realpath is not available by default:

uli@ulinuc:~/git/uli-jbake$ /tmp/jbake-2.5.1-SNAPSHOT/bin/jbake
/tmp/jbake-2.5.1-SNAPSHOT/bin/jbake: line 3: realpath: command not found
...
uli@ulinuc:~/git/uli-jbake$ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=14.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=trusty
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS"

I know I can fix this by sudo apt-get install realpath. On the other hand, I'd prefer to minimize the dependencies of jbake.
