Castigate

Description

Castigate collects interesting information about each revision of your Git repo and dumps out the information. It can also run an arbitrary shell command on each revision.

Examples

$ castigate work/myproj > work/myproj.csv
$ castigate -r 'find -type f . | wc -l' work/myproj

Caveats

This does exactly what *I* need it to. It's fragile, disorganized, unfinished, undocumented, untested, and probably dangerous.

Installation

# FIX
$ sudo gem install castigate
