Add IgnoreJdk rule to skip the particular tests for particular JDK.

Just to want to know, upgrade IBM JDK8 version doesn't help for JBEAP-5200, right ?

Correct, the failure is present also with latest IBM JDK 8.0.5.40

@jimma no, the issue is still the same even with most recent IBM JDK release. Just tested with
