application.css conficts with some themes #215

in the assets/stylesheets/application.css you define

li {
  line-height: 20px;
}

which change the li height globally. It could conflict with the active redmine theme.

I'm using the last stable 0.7.3
I see the fix is merged in devel branch, however It's so simple that I'd vote for inclusion in stable branch.
