remove class files from java example and hard dependency to junit lib in c:\- path #6

Untracked the *.class files and used the eclipse built-in junit4 instead of a junit that resides in a path below c:\ (which of course cannot be found on my box)

I think that should be ok (or better than the existing) provided that an eclipse .project and .classpath should be contained in the first place

Please split this into two commits: one to untrack *.class files; one to make the .classpath change. I'll merge the first, but not the second.

There is a conflict between versions of JUnit: the one bundled with Eclipse conflicts with JMock 2.6, so I'd rather have a broken reference to JUnit. It feels more like real legacy code. :)

I apologise; I meant to say "two pull requests", and not "two commits".
