BREAKING CHANGE: Remove support for Gnosis (mainnet/chiado), Astar, and Shiden networks as they are not supported in JPYC 資金移動業版. Changes: - Remove Gnosis Mainnet, Gnosis Chiado Testnet, Astar Mainnet, and Shiden Mainnet from supported networks - Update ChainName type to exclude removed networks - Update README files (EN/JP) to reflect supported networks - Update test cases to match new network configuration - Bump version from 1.1.0 to 2.0.0 (breaking change)
