ness readme: ness is a system for subscribing and publishing events on persistent objects across multiple node server instances. example usage: two users have persistent objects on the servers user 1 is on server 1 (persisting in memory) user 2 is on server 2 (ie a second instance of node) user 2 subscribes to user 1 user 1 publishes an event and user 2 receives the event and executes some callback This allows objects to communicate with one another via events across servers. It achieves this via unix domain sockets for multiple node instances running on the same server. It uses UDP to communicate with node instances running on different servers (or on the same server if domain sockets are not your cup of tea).
