finfo_file shows wrong mime-type for .tga file

The src/earth.tga image was taken from http://people.math.sc.edu/Burkardt/data/tga/earth.tga.

Usage

Run make:

make

This command will pull the 7.4-rc-cli, 7.3-cli and 7.2-cli images (see https://hub.docker.com/_/php) and build a new docker image with the testing script.

You can automatically remove the built images (not the pulled PHP images):

make clean
