Unicode.org has separated out the skin-tone emojis from the main "mega list". This update should add them back into the mix.
Auto Generated Release notes by the
- First release using auto-release script

workflow library used to test for updates to a version that doesn't cause an infinite loop
- Unicode introduced comma's into some of their description fields and I was using a CSV file to store parsed emoji data. Moved to
emoji.csvthis should help.

Formatting of file changed (once again). This new release is passing tests again :)
Unicode added some blank lines and some other strange formats to their webpage - so once again we need to make a new version.
Unicode.org once again change their file format - added additional header lines. Made a change to ignore header lines that don't have enough columns.
