Move documentation to the Wiki #269

Move the documentation to the Wiki, where users can help improve it, and where it can be split up a lot easier and examples be given in a cleaner format or build a theme that allows flowed documentation.

  • Lock the WIKI and import the documentation.
  • Format Documentation.
  • Unlock the WIKI.
