I want to compile Sass with source-maps for development mode and with --output-style=compact for production. Any examples of how to do it with jekyll-assets?
Separation of dev/prod modes is possible with using different jekyll configs e.g.: jekyll server --config _config.dev.yml. But source maps of SASS are not implemented. I'll take a look on this weekend.
jekyll server --config _config.dev.yml
I know I can use different configs, but can I configure in _config.yml which flags (e.g. --sourcemap and --output-style=compact) go to SASS compiler?
Not yet. Will try to jump on this during this weekend.
There's a hackinsh (#4) way, but I hope I;m gonna fix that ASAP.
The "compact" portion is already solved, we compress automatically in production with the option to force that compression in development. I'm closing out this ticket (the source map part) in favor of the more direct ticket about it: jekyll-assets#151
