What it says on the tin. Because the original development was done against mojombo/jekyll which has a different layout, this diff was manually applied and history was lost. See jekyll/jekyll-import#4.

Oh ok then, I'll take a look :) (no idea when; I requested backups, but I
imagine they're doing quite a lot of them right now..)
