Missing instructions for setting up syntax highlighting on the extras page #1119

The Installation page has a ProTip that says:

If you’re the kind of person who is using Jekyll, then chances are you’ll want to enable syntax highlighting using Pygments. You should really check out how to do that before you go any further.

Yet when following the link to the Extras page, there is no mention of how to install or configure Pygments.

It seems there was an oversight as the ProTip mentioned in this issue wasn't removed from the Installation page in 3e7b0bb. It is still on the live Jekyll site.
