Output buffering #625

When you pipe jekyll's output, the output becomes block-buffered (instead of line-buffered when run in the shell proper). This can be really annoying for people (like me) trying to use jekyll in their own script but still wanting to see its output.

A simple OS-agnostic solution is to stick a "STDOUT.sync = true" at the begin of the main ruby file.
