to_yaml emits not encoded data in wordpress migration. #644

In migrating wordpress data from mysql, if title contains multibyte characters, the emitted yaml data is not rightly encoded. (ruby1.9.2)
With ruby 1.9.3, it works right.

add require 'psych' before require 'yaml' to "lib/jekyll/migrators/wordpress.rb" will fix this issue.
