Issue with certain static files #682

I was pulling my hair out debugging this issue on windows 7:

after a while I realized the files that caused the problem did not have a "date modified" column value for some reason, probably because they were downloaded and unzipped. When I opened and saved them in note pad the error went away.

would be nice to have this issue fixed.

hm.. seems other tools are having problems with these files as well. Could just be a problem with font squirrel's font generator.
