I originally filed this bug over at Octopress which is where I observed it and was told it was a bug in Jekyll and asked to refile it over here.
I made two posts. One had the "Typing" in its list of categories and the other had "typing" in its list of categories.
Both posts generated that text in their categories list with a link to:
But if you went to that page, instead of listing both posts as being in that category, it only listed 1 of the posts, the one with "Typing" in its markdown file. The one with "typing" in its markdown file was nowhere to be found.
I changed the markdown file of the one so they were both "typing" and then did a rake generate and now the category page lists both posts but since url generation changes all strings to lower case, it should see categories of differing case as equivalent.
Ensure all categories are downcase. Fix for #842.
