Replacing STDOUT/-ERR with $stdout/-err #99

please have a look at my changes in 597c7a7 - I replaced the usage of STDOUT/-ERR with $stdout/-err when reading the configuration. $stdout is already used in the processing itself, so I guess, there is nothing wrong with this change.

This change will enable me to use the jekyll processor and capture its output from within a ruby program without the need to start a new process.
