This particular sentence is one that bothers me because it scopes out discrimination I would adjust it to state "or other differences" at the end because we leave open some forms.

Can you give an example of what it doesn't cover?

Say I'm a vegan, it doesn't mention that (I'm not, I'm a omnivore but still) I have seen people attacked on Twitter and the likes for being vegans or vegetarians, there are many more personal beliefs that can be attacked. We should just sort of imply: "we don't care what your personal beliefs are, we are here to code and your personal beliefs don't play a part in us getting a long professionally."

I'm not sure the intent is to list everything that a CoC covers. If a human participating in the project is being harassed because they're vegan, they're being harassed, and that would still be covered by the CoC. Wouldn't you agree?

I don't think we should specifically cover vegan's or vegetarians but "other lifestyles and differences of the like" but maybe that is too broad I don't know I'm not a lawyer and that could create a huge loophole.

I'm totally 👍 on this without the alteration. I've thought about it and there is no need to adjust it, if the time arises we can always adjust it then.

👍

I've always believed that bad/disrespectful behaviour is always punishable with or without a code of conduct, but at least having one gives us something concrete we can point to.

Should this not be "The use of gender-specific, sexualized, or otherwise exclusionary communication to include imagery, text and audio."

This one will be hard to enforce, as at one point I know I was chastised for making a personal attack, that was not an attack, it was literally attributing a patch to it's author.

I Just find this not too helpful, to potential offenders nor the project designated "mods"; it needs to be less vague to be effective.

I Can see the intention, and support it, but I think it needs work to be an effective tool in stamping out problems that can be extremely complex.
