Use the ignore_dirs option to define a list of directories for the server to ignore (when auto=true)

Might be my ignorance, but how does this differ from the existing exclude option?

This is about ignoring directories from auto-regeneration triggering. exclude just means it won't be part of the generated site. This PR ignores dirs that, when a change occurs within, triggers automatic site regeneration when running under --watch.

I like this. @mojombo, what do you think? Could be an interim solution before we get partial regeneration all set.

I'd really prefer that we solve the root problem of auto-regeneration taking too long, rather than adding bandaid solutions that will then be cruft once regeneration is quick.
