Wizard : Version of Application / Jelix

On the Welcome page of the wizard it will be useful to display the version of the application we are installing and the version of jelix (if we want ; with an option in the wizard.ini.php)

The version of the application could be extract from the file project.xml which will be cleaner than going to pick it from the defaultconfig.ini.php (where i store it too for hfnu ;)

Actually the installWizardPage class does not permit to handle that.

With Jelix all that is done with project.xml is to identify the entrypoint (and version of other modules?)

So to get this information we could use 2 classes made by Vincent Viaud
