Hy,

In the plex app you can select that the audio tracks should always be transcoded to AC3 or/and DTS.
Currently, only either passtrough or downmix to stereo can be selected in the Jellyfin App.
This would improve compatibility with some devices.

In my Jellyfin app, DTS is currently transcoded to AAC Stereo because DTS is not supported on my TV.
AC3 is directly compatible with my TV.
If you could select AC3 transcoding on the fly, you would save an additional AC3 soundtrack in the file.
