[Issue]: Chromecast 2nd gen playback issues for high resolution content

Please describe your bug

When casting high resolution video to Chromecast 2nd gen (which supports up to 1080p) playback will not start and will only show a black screen. The cause might be related to the resolution not being detected / set properly.

Same problem on the android mobile version using integrated player.
The Integrated player unable to scale while allowing Jellyfin to transcode at a higher resolution, resulting in an black screen with only audio.

If I set the maximum transcode resolution (in playback settings) it solve the problem. (not user friendly)

This may be at least partially #11640.

But I am seeing issues with chromecast playback for any transcode, even just remuxing and even if the transcode process completes and completes quickly. So there may be another issue here. I am also seeing this for non high-resolution content.

I resolved my Chromecast issue by switching to the Chromecast Unstable channel. (User Settings → Playback → Google Cast Version)

With this version it is now using HLS and doesn't just hang.
