"Latest TV Shows" Home screen section only displays a single show

Describe the bug
When you have the "Latest TV Shows" home screen section enabled, after some time, Jellyfin will only display one show in that section (pic), despite having many "Latest TV Shows" when you go to the "Latest" section in your library (pic).

To Reproduce

Enable "Latest TV Shows" home screen section in the Home section of the user settings.

I'm not really sure what triggered this issue, but I have applications interacting with the Jellyfin API that add videos to my library.

At some point the widget went from accurately listing recently added TV shows to only displaying one.

Expected behavior
I expect the "Latest TV Shows" home screen section to show the latest TV shows in my library the way Jellyfin did in 10.3.7.

Logs
There are no errors or anything to take note of in the logs.

System (please complete the following information):

• HW: armv7
• OS: Ubuntu LTS, Docker Swarm on Docker-ce 19.03.3 with this Jellyfin image
• Browser: Firefox, Chrome, Android app
• Jellyfin Version: 10.4.0
• Reverse proxy: Traefik 1.7 with a PathPrefix

Additional context
Didn't run into this issue until upgrading from 10.3.7 to 10.4.0.

This might be related to, or is the same bug as #1813.

I confirm I have this same issue on the 10.4.1 docker image. But I did experience the same issue on 10.3.7 prior to upgrading, so I played around with the quantity of episodes in the library and found that if I removed a bunch there was a certain threshold where the Latest TV Shows on the home screen would populate as normal. Right now there's around 4000 episodes in 80 series'.

This just started with me on 10.6.4, docker. Was working fine before.

This appears to occur when adding lots of new episodes from a single tv show. Maybe the threshhold needs to be set on a 'Per new season/tv show' basis instead of a episode count basis.
