[Issue]: Continue Watching shows progress from multiple versions

Please describe your bug

I have separate libraries for 1080 quality and UHD (due to Radarr currently not supporting multiple versions). All of the movies in the UHD library also exists in the 1080 library. I just noticed that under Continue Watching, both versions get displayed with the same progress even though I only watched the UHD version.

I have read https://jellyfin.org/docs/general/server/media/movies.html#multiple-versions-of-a-movie but I sadly can't apply that until Radarr supports it.

Not sure if this is a known issue but I couldn't find anything obvious after a quick search here.

Not sure why you need separate libraries though. I know Radarr needs separate folders to support multiple quality versions, but as long as the filename contains a quality ID, you should be able to add both folders to the same library - I keep my DVD and Blu-ray rips in separate folders but in the same library, and for the few that I have in both formats the two versions are shown as one item

@exterrestris When writing this issue I wanted it all as one library. Now in retrospect, having it as separate libraries is better for me since very few of my users have UHD hardware, which means I can control who has access to the (very bandwidth heavy) media.

In any case... Are you using a single radarr instance? If yes, can you show me an example of your file structure?

Problem still there on 10.8.8.

This happens with a single Movie library for HD and UHD btw, even where I've manually grouped the 2 versions together. It shows both versions under Continue Watching. Running v10.8.13
