[Issue]: Error when playing a movie with external MicroDVD (.sub) subtitle

Please describe your bug

When playing a movie with external MicroDVD (.sub) subtitles, Jellyfin fails to launch the player and just freeze (tested on Jellyfin Media Player).

I have a movie in a mkv container that contains integrated PGSSub subtitles. In the same folder as the movie I have 2 external subtitles files: one SubRip (.srt) and one DVDSub (.sub).
When I select in the UI one of the PGSSub or SubRip subtitles and then play the movie, it works fine, however when I select the DVDSub subtitle it doesn't work, nothing play.

.sub subtitile isn't the cause. Your nvidia gpu doesn't support decoding HEVC 10bit video. Uncheck it in the dashboard.

OK maybe there is this but even when I disable this parameter, .sub subtitles can't be read and aren't displayed while .srt external subtitles are perfectly working.

What do you mean ".sub can't be read"? Is there any other ffmpeg error in the new log?

Is the .sub text-only or the picture-based bitmap? because afaik the latter needs an .idx file to be useful.

Is the .sub text-only or the picture-based bitmap? because afaik the latter needs an .idx file to be useful.
