unknown flag: --verbose when used with `jx create cluster aks` #2545

Summary

Creating an Azure cluster fails when applying the --verbose flag.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

run jx create cluster aks --verbose with or without additional flags.

Jx version

jx                 1.3.674
Kubernetes cluster v1.9.11 (prior cluster, created on gke)
kubectl            v1.13.1
helm client        Client: v2.10.0-rc.1+gaa98e7e
git                git version 2.17.2 (Apple Git-113)
Operating System   Mac OS X 10.14 build 18A391

Expected behavior

Verbose output during create cluster.

Actual behavior

Produces output:

Error: unknown flag: --verbose


Examples:
  jx create cluster aks
Options:
      --aad-client-app-id='': The ID of an Azure Active Directory client application
      ...
