[JENKINS-762] Icon size isn't kept between sessions #13817
Description
This is certainly not stored in the cookie, but it's very useful to be in small
size when you have a lot of projects running on hudson (more or less 20)

I already noticed and have a local patch I am waiting to test. Cookie needs to
have an expiry date, not just be a session cookie.
